After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"

"I contacted PSP Plumbing based on Angi's recommendation. They came out within a day to evaluate our sewer line situation. Another plumbing company quoted us a huge price (many thousands) and claimed we had an urgent situation, and PSP knew that. They could easily have tried to sell us a big job. Instead, after doing another camera (2 hours of 2 people), they charged us the price we had agreed on in advance and told us not to waste our money on the big job.
