"Excellent!! From the minute I spoke with Rob to the time he left I could not have asked for a better experience! Rob was very professional, polite and on time both visits. He's also a very nice person. We had a leak fixed in the basement which required pulling up the carpet across the front wall of the house. The tack strips were removed and the padding was torn away without regard to putting everything back in place. Rob came out the 1st day and put down the new tack strips. On the 2nd visit he installed the new padding across the front of the house; then stretched the carpet and secured it to the tack strips. He did a fantastic job as I can't tell a difference from before it was pulled back to fix the water leak. I *highly* recommend his service and will definitely call him again if we're in need of additional carpet repair."
