However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. "Their tech came to our townhome for the HVAC heat pump issue, spent more than 3 hours diagnosing the issue and then told us that we had to replace the zoning control board and the thermostat at $1400 in total. We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!"
