"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. "I want to give a review of the Exceptional service that I received today from Cool Air Mechanical service technician Enri Jasmin. If I could give higher than a 10 star I would. When Enri first arrived he assessed the unit to see where Freon was leaking from. He went into the attic & did a leak test, which wasn't finding where the leak was coming from. He made great efforts to locate the problem both inside & outside. I had 2 other technicans look into the problem prior & wasn't able to find the problem. "The technician was very nice and professional. The service itself was frustrating because at first, nothing worked. Justin handled our frustration very well. He did have to return a 2nd day to complete the job because he did not have the one tool that seemed to release the drain. We felt like if he had that tool, our service would have been less costly since he would not have had to "try other things" The Disptacher was amazing at getting someone to our home immediately.
