"I really like the way they work. Very professional, from start to finish. First, Batak came and game me an estimate which very competitive compared to 2 other quotes that I received. He gave me a detailed list of what needs to be done based on what I requested and added his ideas which were amazing. Very innovative. Work started as scheduled, on time and I what I like most, is that they left bathroom clean every day when they finish the work day. My bathroom looks beautiful and modern and I love it. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
