"I called the company and explained my situation.  He asked me to text him a photo of my system so he would know what I had to work with.  He then called me back and set up a time to work me in quickly.  He was prompt and he also tried to show me how the system worked.  I needed some things to get the system up and running.  He promised to come back the next day and he was there as promised.  He could have tried to sell me a new system as mine is rather old I am told.  Instead I think he took it as a challenge to get it working.  After all was running well and he flushed my home's water system through the water heaters, he tried to explain to me how to maintain it myself.  I had to ask him to sign me up for monthly service instead.  I need a while to get the rest of this home figured out before I start learning this system too.  What a great experience! <br />"

"Evans is a small, family owned business. They take care of their customers. They called me back after normal 9-5 hours to try and schedule a time to come out the next day. They came out just as promised and after checking out the issue, it was determined that it wasn't a switch or valve issue, ect., but needed the pump removed and replaced. They left and were back a few hours later with the new pump and had it installed that afternoon. These are the guys you want to call!"
