"RJ Graham Plumbing was working on a job and scheduled me in for right after they finished the job. They arrived at 4:15, right after they finished the previous job, and worked until after 8 pm until the install of new 50 gallon water heater and all connections and parts were installed and old hot water heater (that died that morning with water all over the furnace room and laundry room floors, which fortunately is concrete and has a drain) removed. "In September we were getting ready to move and had many jobs to complete before moving. We saw Town and Country Services on Angie's List and contacted them. They sent Justin O. out and he did a fantastic job. We had a problem with the bathroom exhaust fan with it shooting insulation into our new jetted tub and Justin O. came back right away and fixed it. They were so wonderful to work with that when we realized after moving that we needed a water softener system and a whole house humidifier we called them back. We also needed our furnace serviced and a new outside faucet. Justin O. again did a great job. We will always use this company for what our new home needs. Next up will be a generator! Our first bill was 700.00 we haven't received the cost yet for the work done last week. But we thought they were very reasonable for the first one. "We chose Twaddle Plumbing because of the cost and the customer service. The cost was amazing; he was really willing to work with us. We wanted to do as much as we could ourselves and so he came out and marked the floor where we could dig out and move the basement for ourselves. He gave us an estimate for everything but he broke down the estimate for us based on what he actually had to do. He was available very quickly as well. I could make a phone call and he was there the next day. He completed the service on time. He was nice and clean. I would recommend them to anybody and I already have my in-laws use them as well.
