I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. "Jason provided us one of several estimates. While not the lowest price, he was the only contractor who seemed to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. He went above and beyond to accommodate the DIY parts of the project we did on our own by moving schedules and settng up saw horses and dropclothes to make it easier for us to paint the trim before installation.
It was also a couple of months between the time we had our initial estimate done and when we called back to contract Envision Custom Builders to do the work. All those weeks later, Jason remembered the details of our discussion and an updated proposal reflected that conversation.
The work done was professional and of high quality. All the "little things" were done correctly like using screws in the drywall and lining up the tile to be even on all four walls. Jason also personally stopped by check on the progression of things, which gave us comfort that he would be responsible for his crew. Jason's check-ins also ensured that the bumps in the road that anyone will encounter in a remodel job were fixed promptly.
His crew was great. They were always on time, courteous and clean. And they are true professionals that obviously regularly work together as a team.
