"We are very happy with the work that Al and his team did. The team turned our dingy basement, which had built as sort of an au pair suite, into a very functional space. This included ripping out the existing kitchen to create a big living- / playroom; completely remodeling a bathroom; creating a laundry closet; building desks; painting walls; all of the associated plumbing and electrical work; installing and painting new doors; and a number of other things. Al and his team also fixed things as they came across them, even though they weren't part of his original charge, like leveling our front steps. He was in constant contact with me with lots of updates, and worked well with the interior design firm we hired."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
