Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat.
