"They did not meet their delivery time. The install was supposed to take one day but they said it might bleed into the send day. On the second day only two guys showed up and one guy left early and it took them all day to finish. The seems werenâ t perfect and you could tell where the seems weâ re on the carpet. No body from the office came to check to see if it was correctly. I only got this follow up text to review flooring direct."

"Our installer David did an outstanding job installing our vinyl flooring. He arrived on time each day & completed the job by the inspected date. Before he left he made sure that we were completely satisfied with the job."

"Install was fine. Quality of work was good. Guys did not clean up after job was completed.
I had to call them back out . They came next day and finished cleaning up. Overall great job and floors look great!
