"Our basement went from a dark storage area to a cozy family room and home office. The remodel was smooth from start to finish. Great communication, thoughtful design ideas, and skilled workmanship throughout."

"Our remodel was done good. Fito the foreman was very easy to work with. Him and his crew were cooperative and helped us with things we needed done. Our project manager was good and he coordinated the other contractors to come out to do the railing and shower door and the deep cleaning for the house after the job was done. We really appreciated that. We want to thank you for everyone’s hard work and their diligence in working on our project. Best Mimi and Alvin Yee"

His crew was skilled, experienced, well-manned and well-coordinated—from the senior electrician, with his team, to the painters. In addition, attention to every detail and to overall scope of work was flawless— and yielded beautiful results. The contractor was both flexible and decisive, efficient and knowledgeable about every aspect of the project. Although Mr. Lee runs his business out of San Jose, he willingly traveled all the way to my residence in Sacramento to take on the project, delivering highly satisfactory results within a remarkably short timeframe.
