New P-traps throughout, power washed all my decks and fixed two leaks on the second floor and repaired the ceiling. The most beautiful work was installing a new bathtub and tile surround. Able is an artist! Leo is so fair and honest and his team just works hard every minute they were at my house. Came when they said they would. Gave me updates. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

"I had this beautiful bathroom made for my husband who had a serious physical limitations. The bathroom remodel gave him such ease to be able to shower and take care of himself. The young man, Ed, provided service that was top notch. We had an entire remodel of our bathroom from a jet tub to a standing shower with multiple showerheads, including body sprayers, overhead shower and handheld shower with new fixtures put in. He installed all new plumbing, and a pedestal sink to tie the whole new aesthetic and look together. He added handicap rails near the toilet and the shower for ease. He later added a bidet feature into my toilet. Everything is fully functional, water pressure is great and we are so happy with the result. Highly recommended plumber. "

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. "Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."
