AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

"I had a difficult repair project in my living room ceiling with a large crack in one area and additional damage in other areas of the ceiling. I spoke with five contractors. Oliver Beer, who owns Bauhaus Construction came up with the best and most creative solution (and the most economical) of all. What differentiated Oliver was his overall vision of the project (which to start was a complicated ceiling repair, but the condo needed an overall major renovation). Oliver is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and thinking 10 steps ahead as well as his overall organization are unmatched with any other contractor I've dealt with in owning different homes over 25 years. "KBK Construction recently remodeled a guest bathroom for us and we are extremely pleased with their work! Karol provided high quality workmanship and professionalism in all aspects of the remodel. Both the tub surround tile and the floor tile were expertly done. The vanity, sink and all fixtures were installed beautifully as well. Karol provided updates as needed, and if a problem arose, he would offer suggestions for ways to solve the issue. Karol and his assistant arrived on time each day and everything was completely cleaned up at the end of the day. We always knew the work schedule for the day. We plan to hire KBK Construction for a master bath and kitchen remodel."

"Very  nice, but not great workmanship.  Shower faucet/mixing valve installed backward (when you direct it toward "cold"  the water's hot and vice versa).  Ok, could live with that once we figured it out.  But in taking off the valve to figure out the problem, discovered that the (newly installed) pipes were leaking.  They were very apologetic, came out and fixed it  promptly.  Then the drain backed up, because the grout hadn't been vacuumed up.  Not so prompt this time, took one week for anyone to return a phone call.  Four months later, the grout is completely cracked.  Again, one week to respond to a phone call, and now they're "out of the country" and can't come for a week.  The price was right, but I guess you get what you pay for...
