Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Burlington, IL

"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"Initial estimate was scheduled with no problem, they took the time to answer all the questions I had about the furnace replacement. I received estimated from 6 other HVAC companies and American Family was basically the lowest, but I also felt comfortable with the level of knowledge and experience that was conveyed at the estimate. I scheduled the install and was a bit disappointed that the installers did not show until 10 am or so, but that was not a big problem as I had assumed the job would take all day. The job took longer than expected (past 7pm) and the installer wound up having to replace an entire part of the intake duct work that he did not expect to, but in the end the unit and ductwork looked clean and sturdy and well intalled. The owner called for a follow up appointment and he came in to look at the install and make sure all the settings were correct on the furnace. He answered any questions I had at that time. All in all a good experience with a good company"

"Alfonso inspected all of the potential points in the utility room where a gas leak could occur (furnace, water heater, and dryer). He identified the problem with the valve on the dryer and replaced it."

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"They were great! Called at the agreed upon time frame, carried new water heater downstairs and removed old one and took away! Install was smooth and I had them booked in one day! Finally an honest plumber!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"They gave me several choices for the water heater where other companies only carried one or at least did not offer others. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a quote over the phone. They were knowledgeable about their craft and expedited the installation once I had made a decision. I also liked that I could buy the toilet myself and they quoted just the installation so I did not have to pay the mark up for the hardscape. I am changing all of my plumbing needs to this company."

"Great Job by Glenn getting in the new water heater and removing the old in a tight spot. Very timely, Professional , and a great value. Took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Wagner Family Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!"

"They came and they installed everything in one day. I just stayed out their way. That was all. Yes, I have an older house which has baseboard heat. They had to install the evaporator in the attic in the crawlspace of the house. They couldn't install it in an traditional way."
