"I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person."

"Screen Medics visited my home, along with several other contractors for a project to screen our covered patio. From the beginning their team approach was impressive. Their web site is informative, fully lays out your options and describes their process and materials. During the site visit their professional discussed our ideas, needs, and desired outcome and presented options for our project. The quote we received was timely and the price was much lower than other options while moving us from wood to an all aluminum structure. We had lots of questions and their team of Heather and Rich were amazing. At one point we had concerns about permits and home owner association approval and they obtained confirmation from our local city inspector office that no permit was required, where the other companies would not discuss permits or charged a flat fee for permits, even though they were not needed. We set a date and then they were flexible as we adjusted based on the HOA approval date. On the day of our installation a father and son team arrived with all the materials needed for the screening. The father was experienced and his son displayed the attention to detail that comes from proper training and development. They worked through the day and encountered a few issues based on the patio and support structure of our supports. They solved those, but approaching darkness required them to return the next day and finished in a very short time before moving onto the next job. Our results with the full aluminum frame construction including the pickets, the quality of the screening and the excellent door to the back yard were outstanding. We have been using this new outdoor space extensively and really appreciate the Screen Medics professional approach throughout the process. We would recommend them for any screening project."

"We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. And we are already planning to use them again for some indoor projects!"

"They were very personable. They listened to all of our requests. We had come up with a plan, but it needed to be changed because of an obstacle. He went over to reevaluate how the project could be done to accommodate what we needed. With every change or need between us or them, communication was done. At no time did I feel like I couldnâ t text him and say that something came up. They were punctual, and completed the work in the timeframe that they told us . They cleaned up the whole area, explained everything that they were doing while they were working on the project (including when they were going to lunch) & never made me feel as if I was intruding if I asked questions.
