"Overall the experience was great. The crew showed up and was very courteous and professional. I think in all the process took about 3 hours including the prep work. I also had them clean the a/c coil. After the crew left I noticed that my A/C unit outside was not coming on. I called the office and Don came all the way to Whitefish Bay from Bookfield immediately. Even though he thought it was very unlikely their work would cause a problem, he came anyway. He went in the basement and checked everything in the furnace setup. He found some loose connections with the thermostat and then everything was back online. Don could have very easily told me it was not their problem since it wasn't an area they would have touched, but he came anyway and got it working. This showed such a high level of professionalism and custom service. I would absolutely hire this company again. One thing to note, which has nothing to do with the crew, is that if your vents are just painted on, they have no way to put them back on. I live in an old home where that is the case. I would advise you go pick up a bunch of screws ahead of time since your ducts likely have holes (even if never used)."

"They are awesome and if I have any pest problems they are the only people I would use. I think I spent about $150 on that service. They went above and beyond when he met with me and explained to me about things that needed to be done and things that could be done the future. They also gave us the time lines on certain things like getting rid of bugs and keeping them gone. I wasn’t sure if I had a rodent problem and they gave me advice on how to handle it and also gave me the options available that I could do on my own. I really felt like they was looking to provide an optimal service and really cares about his customers. They were looking to provide something that we need and was not trying to push something did not and if I had a problem, I felt that they were there to help me. The first time I scheduled him, my husband left the house and wasn’t there when they showed up. I called the guy back and he wasn’t able to come back, but even though it was our fault he came back later that evening. He still worked with us. I would give them all A’s."
