"It went very well. I was absolutely satisfied. I am very glad I took the time to research companies and found them. I can't recall the name of the woman who was first to come to the house but she was exactly on time, very nice, and professional. I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the process and told her that. She educated me and didn't make me feel stupid. She clearly knew what she was doing. The guys arrived shortly after to carry all the wet stuff from the basement into the garage. They were great. I can't believe how hard and how long they worked.
