"My initial contact was with Chris Rounds who was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose my new roof. He is very responsive and easy to reach by phone. The crew came out on the day promised and started the roof removing process. The entire project took 2 days to complete. Each day, they picked up all shingles and roofing nails around the property and from what the crew told me, that was a LOT of nails. The roof is absolutely gorgeous!
A few days after install, we had a huge winds in our area and unfortunately a few shingles flew off. I called Chris and he had people out the next day to fix the problem. He explained that because of the cold weather and the newness of the roof, the shingles hadn't had time to seal together properly when the winds came in. I totally understand the unusual circumstance and in no way think they did sub-par work. The service was prompt and professional.
I would totally use All Star again if the need were to present itself. Great company. Great people.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
