After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.



Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. Based on my favorable experiences with scheduling service and with Gary's knowledge/professionalism, I purchased the Puronics softener that day. The results were as advertised.
