"We first met with Amanda and liked her personality.  She seemed to have several good ideas on our backyard remodel.
Was advised that we would have to pay for any drawings she made to show these ideas, which we agreed to with some stipulations on having some control over the hours spent.
Responsiveness was very slow on trying to move the project forward - but there always seemed to be a reason.
The first drawing we received was nothing like we discussed at all.  Asked to redo using the parameters we discussed.
Again after a long delay, I initiated contact again looking for progress.  Received a second drawing that was closer to our requirements.  
That was the last contact we had with Amanda and I stopped taking the initiative.
