"Mike came out immediately to take care of an emergency leak repair in our living room. His leak diagnostic skills and roof knowledge were very impressive as was his response time. I will definitely be using him in the future if any more roof issue arise."

"I had new gutters/down spouts/leaf blaster installed on the back and the side of house. Sean is a seasoned pro who does excellent work. He rerouted the new down spouts on the house to get the best flow of water. The wind had pulled the facia board/old gutters out on back corner of house. Sean used wood screws and secured the board back onto the house. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for gutters or roofing. Wyndhill installed a new roof on our previous home and again did a great job. They take great pride in their work. You will not be disappointed."

"We needed to replace our wood shingle roof and after receiving bids locally that we thought exorbitant I contacted Anji for recommendations out of our locality. We were contacted by several Denver area roofers but chose Lenny Roundtree’s after reading Anji reviews and speaking with Lenny. He did a wonderful job, exactly as contracted and timely. We love our new synthetic shingles’ look and have the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood! We highly recommend Lenny Roundtree for a professional job and fair price."

"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."

"I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "Torres Roofing did an Excellent job patching my sister's trailer roof. There still are contractors that show up on time for both the estimate and the actual job. The job was completed with before and after pictures and i was completely satisfied. They do need to improve on itemized invoices for job bids."

"The main problem with this contractor is with the subcontractors they use. The flooring people were great. The remodeling and painting people were not. The workmanship was not of high quality. We have had issues with the folding closet doors they installed -- one broke within two months of installation. When they originally installed them, they didn't paint the ends of the doors, so that showed when they were open. Then, when they came back to paint them, they knocked a hole in one of them and it had to be patched. You can still see the patch. The biggest issue has been with the egress window they installed in the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. That room has been flooded TWICE in the less than two years since the remodel. The subcontractor who installed the window well did a poor job of it. We have had to remove the engineered hardwood floor twice and pay for water remediation both times. The first time it flooded, I called the contractor to inquire about warranties (it had only been a couple of months since installation), or to at least get contact information for the subcontractor. My call was never returned. Once they were paid for the job, they had no further interest in our satisfaction. Very disappointing."
