Get matched with top garage remodelers in Burnsville, MN

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"They did great work and were very punctual. Made the job very easy to get done! The doors look great"

"Made my reality come to life! 10/10! Best tile job in town"

"Nate and his crew went above and beyond what was contracted. The house presented some challenges which they met with a professional and cheerful attitude. Joe and his crew did an exceptional job on the siding. When the jobs were finished the only indication they were here was the new windows and siding. Everything cleaned up and put back in order. CCR is the only remodeling company we will use for future projects."

"Sky Sun did a great job installing locks, new door on garage, modifying existing doors so they open and close properly and miscellaneous plumbing jobs, etc.I would definitely hire him again.Thank you Sky."

"The work was done on time and on budget. Crew was professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire Anthony (Anton Remodeling) again. I've used him on two major projects in the past 12 months, both of which I'm very satisfied with. He's very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with."

"Jonathan has done multiple jobs for me. He has done full remodels from studs to turn-key and also simple jobs such as chasing faucets, a window, unclog drains, etc. He has attended to my properties since 2015. He's responsible, clean, organized and proud of his work, as he should be. Would absolutely recommend him!"

"The quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely use the service again. Their skill level is extraordinary and the communication. They were very easy to work with, they explain what they were doing at every step, showed up on time, and I would recommend them."
