"Landen Mount Excavation & Landscaping did an outstanding job at completing a switchback on a hill with a 50-degree grade. Landen completed the project in a timely manner at budget. Whatever I requested Landen was up to the task and completed what needed to be done to make the trail functionable for a John Deere Gator to climb. This was not an easy task, many contractors elected not to bid on the project due to the difficulty. Landen kept to his word and meeting contract requirements and took on the project as a challenge. Triad installed a full landscape for us in early spring 2016 (Sod, New Irrigation System, Pennsylvania Blue Flagstone Patio, Gas Fire Feature, Entry Berms, Canadian Hemlocks and foundation plantings). We worked with Steve and Jeff from the design team and Tim Burks was our assigned project manager. Triad has done a stellar job of helping my partner and I understand the construction process, warranty coverages and work scopes thru comprehensive documentation and amazing design work. Tim (our assigned project manger) was polite, professional and approachable. Tim definitely went out of his way to keep us informed / never made us feel inferior despite the never ending questions (thanks again Tim!). Jeffery used the term interactive when he described triads approach to landscape design / construction (proactive would be a great definition as well Jeff!)
