We worked with Steve and Jeff from the design team and Tim Burks was our assigned project manager. Triad has done a stellar job of helping my partner and I understand the construction process, warranty coverages and work scopes thru comprehensive documentation and amazing design work. Tim definitely went out of his way to keep us informed / never made us feel inferior despite the never ending questions (thanks again Tim!). Jeffery used the term interactive when he described triads approach to landscape design / construction (proactive would be a great definition as well Jeff!)
