"It went great. Contractor, AMC Interiors, Alex, showed up when arranged. Alex and his team came prepared. They asked lots of questions throughout the process to make sure they got it right. They did extensive work gutting both rooms, replaced windows, had to level floors, install new flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinets and appliances. They were open to suggestion and made valuable suggestions. While they were here we started the "might as wells", when you have a good contractor you hang on to them. We did our upstairs bedroom, spare room, office and part of our living room in shiplap. Their attention to detail was appreciated. I am a stickler for detail and they surpassed my expectations. Our home is 75 year old half round log and they made the siding they had to replace outside match perfectly. It is difficult having people around your house for extended periods of time but AMV Interiors was a pleasure to have around. They were respectful. Did not use inappropriate language and had fun while they worked. It made it easier to have people around the house. AMV Interiors was simply great. They worked safely. Cleaned up and left things in order ever day. They hauled away all the debris everyday and when they left the place was clean and ready to use.
