They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. "Terrible experience with this company that ended up costing us more time and money. The sales people were great and on time and sent a quote very quickly. That is where the positive experiences ended. On the day of the project, the team showed up late. They couldn't complete the project that day (we asked multiple times to see the timeline of this project) and had to return after the weekend. The work failed inspection twice for "poor workmanship" according to the city inspector. The company wasn't responsive at all to us trying to get the work completed. The work that was started in November was finally finished in December and we just had our third inspection (where it finally passed) in March. I had to call to schedule the inspection myself as I waited for several weeks for the company to do so (after confirming on a call that they would schedule the inspection- they never called the inspector). I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my emails/follow up calls."
