"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. Definitely, would recommend and very reasonable price."

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"It went pretty well. My house didn't get any warmer, because I discovered that I needed windows.  For some reason, they couldn't tell me that I needed windows. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."

"After I requested an appointment using the Jay Ell Plumbing & Heating web site, I got a callback from Don asking when he could come by to see what actually needed to be down and the parts required. We made the follow appointment for two days later around 9:00am. On Friday, Don showed up on time, with all the necessary parts. For the washing machine, he brought and installed quality, stainless steel washing machine hoses. When we tested, the washer would not fill with cold water. Don disconnected, checked, and reconnected the hoses and it worked. However, the next time I went to do laundry, no cold water again without a lot of flicking controls and playing with the wall valves. My guess is the new hoses are allowing more water to the valve and the increased pressure on the ancient valve is causing it to fail. I now recall in the past there was a rare occurrence of this behavior. Bottom line, Don did a great job. For the kitchen, he caulked and replaced the drain. I had also mentioned that the joint where the underlying piping joins the wall pipe would leak if I moved the drain even slightly. Don noted the piping was not configured properly but I do not recall why. He corrected the problem by replacing the plastic piping from the drain to the wall pipe with metal. The entire visit took about 3 hours and everything is working great (except the washer but that's an appliance problem)."
