"we had concrete pads added after home construction. One pad had a 2 inch settlement on one corner. Complicating this was a stone wall sitting atop the pad. Excellent restoration was done by Groundworks From Bozeman. After a thorough evaluation by Ben, Chelsea and Tyler were prompt, educational and successful. "Upon arrival, we showed Jim the room where we had a terrible odor. He went into the basement area to check for any leaks. Next he identified the toilet as the culprit. The toilet had not been installed properly and a piece below the toilet was cracked not allowing the correct seal. Before fixing anything, we were shown the problem, told what the cost would be, and then after getting the go-ahead, he fixed the problem. It is great to be able to leave that door open! While he was looking for leaks in the basement area, Jim mentioned that the pipes had been located in areas that they should not be. He measured and gave us an estimate on relocating the pipes, which we will have done within the next two weeks. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Wild West Plumbing!

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
