Had to run lines through the attic,and down the inter walls to the New Water Heater. Edgar is very knowledgeable in ALL Plumbing and gas Problems. He listens to every question .you asked!! Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean.
