"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Bob showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine, The problem was a small stick caught in the discharge pump. He understood how the machine worked (spin sensor would not let spin cycle run at speed with water still in the drum) so could quickly get to the root of the problem. I will use again when I have appliance problems."

"Our 9yr old upright freezer quit working on 9/12. Fearing we would lose all of our meat etc, we ran out and bought a small chest freezer for temporary storage and called A-Metro Appliance to see if they could repair our upright. After a few questions on the phone, Gerry felt it was a failed fan. He was able to come out the next day and brought a new fan motor with him. After a few minutes of taking apart the inside of the freezer, he found that the fan blade had slipped down it's shaft and become immobile. He made some adjustments to the shaft, refit the fan blade, and found that the motor worked fine. No need to install a new motor. He was smart, quick and honest. No charge for parts, just the labor, $85. He saved us a lot of money."

"I have never written a review for a company. I usually just let it go. I am inspired to write this one. First job was an active leak after hours. They were on top of it with an on-call team. It was expensive as expected after hours. Jordan went above and beyond. When he needed something from the truck - he would run there and back! Cost was $575 and could have been a lot worse. Give this an A on this job. Second job was routine replacement of a frost free hose bib/spigot. I rehired this company because of the previous work done. They started the clock once they start driving to you which, unfortunately sounds common. Ryan seems knowledgeable and is nice. Instead of checking with me about moving a wire he just piped around it so the wire is now trapped in a loop of plumbing. It's high voltage 220 to the stove under the sink. We talked about what it would take to revise. He said a hour. This was not worth it to me nor was haggling about it. Now, the plumbing circuit to the hose bib sticks out 6 1/2 inches and traps the hardwired 220 to the stove. To be fair, it sounds like he could only bring this back about 1 – 2 inches max if you remove the wire. But I have a strong feeling that running at 220 wire through copper piping carrying water is not code. Even if it is, just seem like something you would redo if you found yourself accidentally doing this yourself on your own place. The cost of the work $310 I give this job and D+"

"Well, I thought they would do some of the simple things like replacing a toilet tank flapper, replace a corroded coupler on top of the water tank, etc. I guess the $99 was to inspect plumbing and just drain water heater.

"Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."

"Trustworthy Cleaning Services does an excellent job. We've been using them close to two years. They've only broken a few things during that time, which anybody who has their housed cleaned on a regular basis, every week or every other week, it's kind of like they're bound to break a glass here or there. You're bound to knock something off. A few things happened, but other than that, they've been top notch, excellent. They do a good, thorough job. I've housekeepers that I've actually had to clean up after, but I've never had to go back and clean with them. There's four ladies that come in and clean. The price is good, for what you get. They also have extra services, like if you want them to come in and clean your oven. They're the only housekeepers I've ever seen who clean the inside of the windows every time they're here.  My wife also uses them at her workplace."

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Buxton, OR

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
