Contacted Silvestre and the owner Jean came out . took a look had his guys come and start the process of correction. Could not have been done better. They were all meticulous. Jean came and checked progress. When finished they cleaned up enough so you would not even know they were there. I have had work done in my homes for 35 years. Never had a company like this! Jean is a pleasure to deal with. All his people are just the same. If you need any tile work done at all they are the people to deal with. Spectacular job, wonderful to deal with. I certainly would have hired him if we didn't end up scrapping the project for other reasons. While we were discussing the door he noticed that the stoop needed repair and smartly suggested that a new door would look better with a repaired stoop. The price he quoted for the stoop work was too reasonable to turn down. I got a really good impression of him as an honest, hard worker. He was even willing to do the work on a weekend."
