"Jay is a good guy BUT after he replaced our gas line with a larger one it fixed the problem for two weeks. My generator has not been able to start since about July 25l. I have called Jay. I have left messages for Jay. NO RESPONSE. I resort to writing a bad review of him hoping that will get him to call me and come back. I am rooting for Jay because I want him to do, what I paid him to do: make my generator reliable the way it was for the first four years or so. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
