"We lost power to half of the house on a Saturday. Ryan responded to my initial request promptly. He sent Juan out to find our problem. Juan arrived quickly and was able to determine that we weren’t getting full power from Entergy to our home. He explained the problem to Entergy when I called them. He also checked our junction box at my request to make sure that there weren’t additional problems. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. He also made a follow up call to see if Entergy had been out to do repairs. Breaker Brothers gets a 10 out of 10. From us."
