"I called in the late morning on 4/12/16, and was told that the provider would be in touch with me.  He called me very shortly thereafter and told me he could come in the late afternoon of the following day and would be in touch before he came.  He came exactly when he said he would.  He was most courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft.  Because my door was such a mess, he was not sure he could make it work without replacing it, but would see what he could do...
