"George provided great service.  He carefully inspected the front of the house before he started, identified areas where water might leak in around old window and door frames, advised where I should set up towels, and actually helped me move the curtains so they wouldn't get wet or dirty.  The house and porch were very dirty (had never been cleaned for at least 10 years) and some areas were difficult to access due to plants etc. but George was upbeat and resourceful in getting to all the surfaces. "It was a struggle in the beginning.  The company wanted to charge more when they showed up to do the work.  They said they wanted to charge for fence post holes, something they said was not included in the contract.  We wanted to know why not? This greatly changed the price of the job. The contract had already been signed by our neighbor and me and prepaid (we worked through Home Depot).  We had long discussions back and forth with the people on their end (regional manager, etc.)  We finally told them not to do the job and we will get more estimates.  After all this, they agreed to do the job at their original estimated price.  After this they did a great job. <br />"
