"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

Besides trimming our bushes and clearing all of the leaves and flower beds in our yard, they honored our special request to remove all of the flowers from our pots and troughs before the winter snow and cold hit the following week. We will consider using them now for bi-annual clean-ups and other services."

"They very not very punctual. Had to reschedule twice. Also, if I had not been home, they would not have cleaned some of the maple tree seeds from the front yard. I had to make them do that. They were in a rush to complete the work.
 The only reason I can think of is because I was doing a one time clean up instead of a monthly service. I still have some of the grass in between the concrete slabs which they did not remove.

"A very good experience overall and we are very pleased. Jason was professional, easy to reach and punctual, and the work was solid. We were under something of a deadline as we are planning to finish our basement, and needed the crawlspace done so that we could move everything stored in the basement into it before the work could begin. ABC got the work done quickly and with minimal disruption, and was very flexible with timing as far as working around our schedule. The price was very fair. One issue we had was a minor problem with cleanup after the first time they came, but after expressing my concerns they quickly rectified it and left the site clean after finishing up. Another issue regarding quality has come up since the job was finished; there has been some pitting and flaking of the concrete toward the back of the crawlspace. We're still happy with the job and would use them again and recommend them, though that part was a minor disappointment."
