You'd never know there had been an issue. The work did leave some yellow surface stains where some of the injection material got onto the the concrete surface. We ran into their crew working on a neighbor's house and jokingly complained about a crumbling step in our concrete porch stairs - the kids played on the railing embedded in the concrete until it broke off the corner of the step. Carlos said he didn't pour these steps (and they are obviously much older than the new patio that he did do) but offered to remove and re-pour the bottom step for $100 since his crew was already on the street for another job. "Paul from Rogers Basement Waterproofing got back to me the same day I called, came out to inspect my problem and advised that it was probably due to the grading of the dirt in my backyard- a relatively easy fix that we did ourselves. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely hire this company in the future should we have any further issues. His honest assessment and professionalism were really appreciated."

"Their service and work were just ok. I had scheduled a date for the work to get done and several weeks later they called to say they had to reschedule, pushing the job out by another month. They did arrive on time the day of the job and where pleasent to me, however, while the guys were working in the basement I could hear them swearing all day long through out the first floor of my house. Good thing my son was at school. They broke one of my cardinal no-nos and used some of my tools they found in the basement to help get the job done. This included the use of one my fans to vent the cement dust to the outside. After they left I found a few problems with their work and a broken drain pipe on my heater and called to have them fix them. They did come out on two different occasions to fix the problems but I'm not at all confident that their work is up to par and it's definately a "that's as good as we can get it" company instead of a "this is the proper, correct and best way to do it" company."
