"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I would recommend Mr Earles Guillory for any appliance repair."

"Within several weeks the appliance broke again. I subsequently learned from a local appliance dealer with full time repair experts the original equipment manufacturer replacement part retail price is the same or better than what Terrance charged. I also learned the local appliance dealer with full time repair experts provides the same level of timeliness and professionalism, and their service charge and labor rates are no different than the charge levied by Terrance. Next time one call to the local appliance dealer with their parts department, and full time staff of repair experts right here in Baton Rouge is the choice for me."

"Kenneth came out to do warranty work on a broken appliance. He knew within 10 minutes what was the issue and had the part on hand to fix it and get it back running. Great service and quick response. I will call them the next time I need work done."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
