"Marc Bell and his team were very professional, courteous and willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job in an outstanding manner to both the company and us. From the first encounter when Marc came to estimate the job to the finished product, this company couldn’t do enough to ensure we were satisfied. They designed and constructed a walkway lined with steel edging and filled with limestone, interspersed with large flagstone steppingstones. Under the walkway, they placed a catch basin drain and piping to channel any water runoff away from the walkway. Sod and pine straw were also professionally installed."

"I was unable to get off work, so I left a key for the installation technician.  He showed up on time and when I came home for lunch, he had already completed installing 3 windows.  There was no visible mess in the house and I noticed that he was careful to remove the pictures I had forgotten were hanging on the wall in the living room and carefully laid them aside.  He was polite and answered my few questions and went straight back to work. <br /> When he completed the job, he locked up the house and left the keys for me where we had indicated.  There was no mess for me to clean up and no damage to the walls or surrounding areas of the windows. <br /> I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the product and the honesty/integrity of the technician and the company.  Everyone I spoke with during this process was very polite and professional.  I highly recommend this company should you need replacement windows. <br />"

"They started off very good; very professional in terms of getting the work done. One day prior to them completing the work, a neighbor came and started chatting with them over an hour which slowed them down. It wasn't until that night that they finished with my help. In the morning when I awoke, I noticed some items that had not been done. They came out and finished up the work. I had to call them a second time when I noticed some of the work was not done properly. During the time they were fixing the items that needed to be repaired; they reset a post and ran into a pipe that belonged to my sprinkler set. I didn't notice it right away until the water was leaking but decided to let it go to avoid future damage. I have a lifetime warranty on the fence and would not use again otherwise however will return them with any repairs needed to the fence."
