"Perfect..The rep came out, diagnosed the problem correctly, quoted the price and then ordered the part--he returned on time and fixed it 100%. The reason we use Lerman is that they know their business...no guessing as to the cause of the problem...we have Sub-Zero frige and Wolf range--over 5 years old so no warranty---Lerman is so so much better and responsive that the SZ & W recommended service center--not even close-- Simply the best appliance repair place in town----"

"Kevin was the first to respond and was very patient with all of my questions. He was very efficient, courteous and honest. The quote he charged me was the price I paid.
