"Job went wonderful we received a bid then job started it was completed in a timely manner and looks beautiful! I added two sections onto my existing patio, I can now enjoy my larger patio with family and friends. Bryan and crew were very professional and courteous. I am happy with new patio addition, I would definitely hire again and have referred to friends."

"I called James on a Monday, he came to my house the following day to give an estimate. I accepted the estimate and he did the work two days  later. He was on time and did an excellent job. Clean up was well done too. <br />"

"It's been awesome and they just finished yesterday. Redgie is right on top of things and my house looks awesome. They were all very positive and Redgie got right back to me. I had no idea what it entailed and when they told me it would take a couple of days it took longer, but that was because the guy who actually does the stuccoing was talking about putting on the first coat. We got it all straightened out and he was just awesome. Redgie wrote up a very professional contract and I'll make the final payment today on it. I thought it was an awesome experience. I've talked to them about a kitchen remodel and that will probably happen in the winter."

"The coating will never come up. The experience was great. They showed up exactly on time and the project took exactly the time they said it would. The project looks beautiful. All the contractors that came in after commented on what a beautiful floor it is. They put it in during the winter, which scared me, but they guaranteed it would seal up just fine. It was really cold and way below zero and sure enough it sealed up and worked out great. I got a break on the price because I had seen them at a home show."

"I was under contract to purchase a foreclosed home from a bank. During the inspection it was determined that the furnace had been dismantled and lay in pieces. I asked a friend for a referral and a tech came out to take a look. He took one look and said I needed a whole new furnace and it would cost several thousand dollars. The next day, I went online and found an ad on Craigslist for The Trade Source. They were offering free no obligation quotes. The tech came out the same day and inspected the furnace. He took a look at everything and said he could put it all back together which he did in less than 20 minutes. He then cleaned it out and made sure it was working. We had no problems passing the inspections and appraisal before we closed. After closing, we had them come back out to do a thorough inspection and cleaning. I have referred them to numerous people and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Caldwell, ID

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
