"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Deen and Ahmed are amazing! When I phoned, Dean was able to arrange a next-day appointment, with a two-hour arrival window and a promise to phone when he was en route. Right on time, he phoned to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, which he was. Our system is an ancient, over 30 year old unit, which, though still blowing cold, needed a full recharge, due to an apparent small pinhole leak that must have been draining the refrigerant slowly but surely. While many companies would have insisted on trying to sell us a new, high end, expensive system, Deen understood that this would be a major expense, and advised us that it was worth running the old system as long as possible after refilling the refrigerant, and that it would likely get us through the summer, which was a huge relief! While we realize it's risky to refill an older system, which could have leaks, and whose leaks could worsen, we are so grateful to Deen for not pressuring us into taking the plunge immediately by purchasing a new system, while our old system was still functioning, leak notwithstanding. While refilling, the unit began to freeze, so Deen let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the freon to settle, before finishing the process. Rather than rushing off to the next job, he patiently waited the necessary time and safely completed the process. When it came time to pay, Deen was kind enough to give us a break on the per pound cost of refrigerant, since we had purchased a full refill's worth, so that the total cost was in our budget range for taking the risk of trying to last another season with our old unit. I very much enjoyed chatting with Deen, who is an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and pleasant guy, and will most certainly call him when our system is finally ready to be replaced, which may come this season or next. Either way, I appreciate his efforts at saving us from unnecessary spending, and his willingness and support for the gamble of refilling the system one last time, before RF22 refrigerant stops being produced in 2020. "Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"I called Tony and he told me he didn’t have anyone available. He asked me what was the issue and I explained to him and he told me he can walk me through it. After walking me through how to fix it my heat came on. Tony was absolutely amazing and it took 10 minutes to fix. Will definitely hire him if I need more work done."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
