"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"It was a rubber roof, they took out the damaged sections and replaced with all new. Time will tell on the quality of the repair hold. But so far I'm beyond pleased."

Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!"

"I hired Ridge Top to repair/install siding after removing a deck. The company called back (which many didn't bother to do) and had someone come estimate the work very quickly. The day of the fix the installer double checked the work we wanted to have done. Based on his experience we may slight adjustment to put a board rather siding below the patio adjustment. He was awesome. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will utilize Ridge Top in the future. Great company."

"He took before and after pictures of problems requiring fixes. I had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. There were numerous nail heads not caulked. Gaps between chimney a flashing, some cracks in top of chimney cap, and misc other issues. He took care of everything. He inspected my ridge vent and showed me pictures of damage done by an animal, probably a raccoon, where shingle taps on the top of the ridge vent had been torn off. There were teeth marks in some shingles on top of vent. He quoted me a price to come back to repair the damaged areas. The price for that was very fair and I had him come back and do the additional work. Very satisfied with the entire experience."
