We use 15 lbs felt on most roofs & 30lbs felt on steep roofs. We always use an ice/water membrane in the valleys & around any pipe opening. We use proper nails for the felt & shingles. We never use staples. After the work is complete, we use a silicon type product to seal all critical areas. We always clean the gutters to remove any construction debris. Your grounds should look the same or better after our work is complete. We will be documenting all work in progress for you to review because we realize most homeowners prefer not to climb on their roofs.
