"We recently remodeled the upper floor of our house and we have never had the air ducts cleaned since we've lived here.  Hi Tech was recommended by my parents and after checking their Angie's List rating we decided to give them the business.  I will say this, they were hands down the most professional and courteous service provider we've had in a long time.  Scheduling was a breeze, they called 2 days prior to the appointment to confirm and the two staff members (Jason & Jason) who showed up at the house were polite, punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable.  From start to finish I'd say the job took a little over 3 hours and they were very detailed about their work (they cleaned each vent register by hand with a cloth).  After they finished they walked me through what they had done and explained what they cleaned out (construction debris from the plaster and lathe, and of course dog hair).  I realize they're a little more expensive than other service providers, but it was well worth it in the end.  In my opinion I would rather pay more for quality service and a job that I know was well done.  Also, they said the service should be performed every 3 years or so.  I will definitely use this provider again."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
