He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. "My wife and I attended a presentation by James Manfield, the owner of GreenForce.  We were impressed with company product and Jame's punctuality, professionalism and honesty.  We decided to hire his company to add insulation to attic of my in-laws house.  The installers came on time and over 9 hours managed to complete 95% of the job.  The installers were polite, professional and clean.  The subsequent installers came next day and completed the job.  We are very pleased with James and the service provided by his company. "We've used them for years and have always had fabulous service in the past.  This time when we called them out the first guy that came out told it was a very expensive part that went out and we needed to purchase a whole new system.  I told him we need to rethink that because we just bought the system from them within the past year. Then he came back and said well maybe it's this, this and this.  So he ended up replacing the fan.  It went out the next day.  So they sent another guy out.  Turned out it wasn't the fan either.  It was from where our mowers had blown grass into the outside unit and all the coils needed to be cleaned.  So we paid $600 for a fan we very well may not have needed.  Then we have to pay an additional $400 for the coils to be cleaned. We actually had to pay two service call fees.  We shouldn't have had to pay those, but we did. I would possibly use them again. If the other company we use isn't available."

"Purchased a water heater on Sunday (3/11/18), now, I needed an installer. I found a form to receive up to 4 quotes, so I filled it out. Within minutes (Sunday, mind you) I received a call from Terry Kennedy. Right away, I felt comfortable talking with him. I told what I needed, and what I had. He quoted me a price which I felt reasonable, so we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday (3/13/18). I received a text confirmation immediately. On the day o the appointment, I received a text that he was on his way. My daughter was home when he arrived, my wife showed up shortly thereafter (I was at work). This was about 10 am. By a little after 11 am, I received a text that the work was complete Wife and daughter both said he was very polite and courteous . The price was exactly what he quoted me, no pop up, on darn fees. Will definitely call Terry again, and will definitely recommend him"

"My daughter just purchased a 10 year old home. The first time they tried to use the outside spigot, the water shot inside the basement instead of outside. Since they had a home owner's warranty, they scheduled repair with the recommended service provider, who was Joe Lay and sons. As a long time Angie's List user, I was a little concerned after reading mixed reviews about this provider. However, we had nothing but a positive experience. The appointment was scheduled within 24 hours. The technician stated it was a pretty straightforward issue and a fairly simple fix given the basement is not finished. The repair was completed within 30 minutes. He took the time to show us the broken pipe and instruct my daughter on how to prevent this from happening in the future. (Previous owners probably didn't remove hoses in winter). We then found out that the homeowner's warranty doesn't cover this type of issue (figures), even though it was through no fault of the new homeowner. If a claim is covered under the warranty, the homeowner is responsible for $100 deductible. The usual cost for this type of repair was $ 175 for the labor and $50 for the copper replacement pipe. Since the job had been fairly easy and not covered under the policy, they gave us a discount and charged $150 which was the cost of usual deductible plus the parts needed for repair. We were very thankful for the price break. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was very courteous. I would not hesitate to work with this company in the future.
