They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. "Called Excalibur and a gentlemen came to inspect the damage. After about 1 1/2 hours' inspection, I was given the assessment of damage and costs to repair and replace damaged areas. We set an appointment and they came at the determined time. The crew worked all day to replace and repair areas on roof, as was written in the inspection report. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after their work. Excalibur is a great company to work with and I feel very confident recommending them for any roof repair work.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
