"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

There’s the small cracks in the grout but they was explained to be normal since it’s around the tub and it shifts when it’s settling. they will do a follow up patch. I talked with the chief executor, who was extremely friendly over the phone and scheduled a roof inspection and an in-person appointment with my husband and me. First, they arrived at our house with a full detailed, extensive power slide presentation of what they would be going to do and provided us with the option of selecting various shingles. Due to some serious problems, my roof was completed at the end of March in 2022. It took only 4days, and they finished the roof work very professionally. My roof looks different and unique. They missed some nails during the clean-up process, so they came up again and cleaned the place with the magnet sweeper to make us 100% sure. They were careful and diligent in their job and considerate of any mess during the repair. Great experience with them! Suggest other people in need of roof work."

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual.
