I previously paid a handyman service to seal my soffit where a cat got in and while it looked correct something was still getting in/out. Jeff came out and repaired it correctly and identified three other areas where animals were accessing my attic, and sealed them up. He was very professional and looked all over the attic for said animals before leaving. Unfortunately there was a feral cat in there hiding in the insulation ( which there was no way for him to know ) ... His crew always arrives on time (actually early) and does a very thorough job. We had 2 TV brackets that needed to be removed and patched. A year ago, we had a different contractor come in and move outlets on the same wall and did a horrible job of patching and repairing the wall. Thomas' team repaired that as well (without me asking) simply because they noticed how bad it looked and wanted the whole area to look pristine. All are very professional and polite. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage.
