"The owner Beni responded quickly and visited my home for an estimate on the agreed day and time. He actually got to my home early! He explained the probable problem of moisture leaking behind the stucco in an area in the front near a window where leakage could be seen. He went over the procedure of replacing damaged wet framing structure and replacing stucco over the rebuilt area. I agreed to his estimate and after completing a previous job he came over a few days later and started cutting the damaged stucco out and a more extensive damaged, wet and rotten area was found ( which I saw as he revealed it). He cut out all wet and damaged area, replaced framing, insulation and exterior Plywood, sealed it up and completely recovered it with new stucco matching the traditional pattern perfectly! He also did a great professional job of repainting the area from corner to corner to make the area blend in with the existing front exterior. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors! I"

"Drew’s Masonry did an excellent job. We needed the stucco repaired before painting our home. Our stucco was in bad shape around the bottom of my window frames. "We have used Thomas and his crew before. They do such an incredible job that I didn't hesitate to hire them again when I needed more painting done. His crew always arrives on time (actually early) and does a very thorough job. We had 2 TV brackets that needed to be removed and patched. A year ago, we had a different contractor come in and move outlets on the same wall and did a horrible job of patching and repairing the wall. Thomas' team repaired that as well (without me asking) simply because they noticed how bad it looked and wanted the whole area to look pristine. All are very professional and polite. "We had used Mr Wolf for an interior paint job and were very pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and his professionalism.  He was the first person we thought off when we realized we needed the exterior of our two-story home repainted.
This exterior job including filling in of stucco cracks, and we wanted to ensure the patching would not be visible after the job was done.  We had many hairline cracks and at least one area at the front that was much worse.  We opted for the middle of three paint quality options which meant the paint would last a reasonable number of years.  The quote was higher than a competitor but we trusted the quality we would get from Mr. Wolf and his team.
Pressure washing went well, and made a big difference as we had never had this done before (4 year old house).  The patching was done next, and then the final paint job with multiple coats, all within a few short days.
We did a walk-through with Mr. Wolf and his team on the last day, and they followed me around so they could fix any touch-ups (I only found one dab of paint that was needed).  His team is respectful and professional.
All in all, we are extremely pleased with the results.  The repaired stucco cracks are invisible and the paint job is neat and thorough.  While I am no paint expert, it is readily apparent that Mr. Wolf knows his craft and cares about doing the best job possible with the best materials.  You need only see his very detailed and thorough written quotes to realize this.

First Job - Dec 2015

I contacted Royal Painting initially to handle wood rot repair. I hired them to replace wood rot on front face of the garage. They removed rotting wood, replaced with pressure washed wood and painted trim. In addition, they pressure washed my driveway and the entire house. I never had the house pressure washed and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It brighten up the entire exterior. Lastly, the team cleaned out the gutters that were loonnngggg over due for a cleaning.

Overall the work for the first job lasted over a course of 4 days.

Second Job - Feb 2016

The pressure washing on the home revealed further wood rot on different areas of the house. They returned to replace wood rot on the front of the house above the porch and back of the house on the second story. The foremen was able to match the new paint with existing paint perfectly. It definitely helped that the house was pressure washed previously.

Overall the work for the second job took 3 days to complete (not counting days delayed to the rain). 

REHIRE ? - Yes, I am already thinking of hiring the team for interior work ( remove wall paper, paint, tile replacement )
